Information and Communication Technology
Purpose:
Information and Communication Technology Department of Allied Schools organizes complex information and coordinates with Tower Technologies. Responsible for Project Planning, administration of Allied School Website, Campus Website, manages Allied School Web Portal, control information flow of Allied School Head Office and Campuses.
Scope of Responsibilities:
- Defining ICT policies (Rules & regulations) for the stakeholders and the implementation for current application and key processes
- Determine project requirements, feasibility and new ICT enhancements for Allied School campuses and all Departments at Head Office.
- Prepare and deliver reports regarding project and communicate project status , issue of Allied School Campuses to Project Director, Head Office and Tower Technologies
- Conduct Training of Web Portal for Allied School Head Office Staff regarding new developments and their implementation
- Conduct Training of Web Portal for Principals and administration staff of campuses to help them achieve their results in more productive and efficient way by suggesting automation process and regulation
- Conducting user surveys for complaints and suggestions on existing and new applications
- Advise new suggestions and enhancements in the currently running processes.
